How to become a shareholder?

The Exail Technologies share is listed on Euronext Paris (ISIN: FR0000062671). Exail Technologies shares may be held in three different forms:

Bearer shares

The shares are registered in an account with a financial intermediary of your choice. Exail Technologies does not know the identity of the shareholder, except in the event of ad hoc identifiable bearer share surveys (TPI).

Directly registered shares 

Shares are registered in a securities account kept by Exail Technologies. Registered shares are managed by UPTEVIA. The advantages are:

• No custody fees
• Personal invitations to Group Shareholders’ Meetings
• Double voting rights after the shares have been held for four years without interruption
• Direct payment of dividends

Administered registered shares

The shares are kept in custody by a financial intermediary. The shareholder’s identity is known to Exail Technologies, which keeps a securities account in their name, but the financial intermediary remains the shareholder’s contact.

Is the Exail Technologies share eligible for the French PEA-PME personal equity plan?

Yes. Exail Technologies shares may be held under a PEA personal equity plan and benefit from the corresponding tax advantages.
